About Us

Hello! Do you want to know the nitty gritty on our  Heavenly Dipped products?  Ok, I will share the secret with you.  I am a trained Pastry Chef that graduated from The Culinary Institute of America.  I have been dreaming about having a company to call my own for years.  I am sure everyone knows the feeling and question of, “When is the right time”?  We all know that answer…..NEVER.  But I have finally put my foot down and said, “I AM GOING FOR IT”.  You never know until you try!

I always hated working for big corporations but I’ve always loved to create beautiful looking and amazingly tasting food.  Working for these big corporations and trying to determine how to make 5,000 desserts in the shortest amount of time, using their less than perfect ingredients with hopes in trying to create a product that is picture perfect for the covers of Pastry Art & Design Magazines had drained all the fun, passion and creativity out of me and my baking.  I’ve always wanted the best of the best in the dishes I created but sadly, they didn’t feel the same. I kept asking myself, “What am I doing and what was my goal”?  And in an instant, I knew. I wanted to create desserts that people just couldn’t wait to have. I want people to love food as much as I do.  I wanted to create a company filled with desserts that were created and made from the heart and that’s how Heavenly Dipped was born.
